MATT FOUNDATION CARPORT

Our client had a design challenge. They wanted to use a pre-designed steel solar carport assembly, but instead of the drilled pier foundation that is typically provided as a solution for this type of project, they wanted a matt foundation.

This required, among other things, an analysis to show that the carport would not simply roll over in a large wind event.

We were able to perform the analysis, produce the foundation design and bring the project to a successful conclusion.

POOL SOLAR

Our client is looking for a unique solution to shade their pool area – a solar canopy which can produce power while shading their pool.

We successfully designed a shade support structure to their specific requirements, providing a green and architecturally unique centerpiece for their home.
